This notice is specific to the contents of the Financial Inclusion Steering Committee (FISC) Website (hereafter referred to as the “FISC Website”). Websites linked to the FISC Website are therefore subject to the following conditions. By accessing and using any part of the FISC Website, you shall be deemed to have to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The FISC Website is owned and operated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in close coordination with the respective FISC members.
The materials contained on the FISC Website, including information available on or through the FISC Website, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the contents are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by BSP.
Restriction on Use of Materials
The contents included in the FISC Website may be quoted, copied, or reproduced in whole or in part provided that the BSP is duly credited. Users, however, shall not re-sell, re-distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without the written consent of the BSP.

The BSP takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of information available on the FISC Website. However, the BSP assumes no responsibility for consequences, including damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of any information that is available from the FISC Website. The BSP also does not warrant that the contents available through the FISC Website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the FISC Website or its contents will be free from viruses and/or other harmful elements.
The contents on the FISC Website does not constitute and shall not be construed as a recommendation or advice from the BSP.
Right of Access
The BSP reserves the right to update or modify the FISC Website from time to time without any notification in advance. BSP further reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to the FISC Website to any person, or to block access from a particular internet address to this Microsite, at any time, without ascribing any reason whatsoever.

The FISC Website contains hyperlinks to websites which are not maintained by the BSP. These link arrangements do not constitute endorsement or recommendation of the host sites by the BSP. Links to The Website
Links to the FISC Website do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the BSP. In general, other websites may link to the FISC Website upon notifying the BSP in writing. However, the BSP reserves the right to disable any links to the FISC Website should the BSP find the link inappropriate.
Linking to the BSP constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. In addition, the BSP must be explicitly identified and duly credited as the source of information displayed. Furthermore, the contents of the FISC Website must be presented in the host site without any alterations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
