The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) commends Baguio City on its launch of the Paleng-QR Ph program on 14 August 2022. Established in 2016 pursuant to Executive Order No. 208, the FISC is the interagency governing body that leads the coordinated and collaborative approach in implementing the NSFI and provides guidance in the development of its various policies, regulations, supervisory frameworks, programs, and initiatives.
